WORKSHOP ON PROMOTING TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT, UTILIZATION AND TRANSFER

A Workshop on Promoting Technology Development, Utilization and Transfer sponsored by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India will be held in Tezpur University on January 20, 2006.

The Workshop organized by Tezpur University aims at developing a close interaction among the researchers, academicians, industry, entrepreneurs, NGOs, technicians, grass root innovators and consultant of the north eastern region in particular focusing the domain of technology development, utilization and transfer.

An exhibition showcasing the technologies developed by the Assam Agricultural University, RRL, Jorhat, Grass Root Innovators, Augmentation Network, North East, (GIAN-NE) besides the host Tezpur University will be also held on the occasion.
